At Sunday Sauce, we take pride in producing limited, high-quality pieces and operating on an intentional preorder model. Please review our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


All Preorder Sales Are Final

All items purchased through preorder are final sale.

Because products are made specifically based on preorder demand and enter production immediately after orders are placed, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges on preorder items.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Hats & Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hats that have been worn, tried on, or altered in any way.

All hats are shipped brand-new and unworn. This policy helps ensure every customer receives a fresh, unused product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered in these cases.


Shipping Delays

All delivery timelines provided are estimates only.

Sunday Sauce is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturing timelines

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Port congestion

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds or returns.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

In such cases, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
