Processing Times
Every order is packed by hand by our team. We aim to have orders out the door within 1 to 2 business days of receiving them. During drops or high volume periods, processing may take a little longer, and we appreciate the patience.
Shipping Methods & Estimates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times after processing:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3 to 7 business days
- International: 10 to 21 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders as specified at the time of purchase.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Sunday Sauce has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delays
Sunday Sauce is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended without penalty.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at info@wearsundaysauce.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to make it right.
